I'm not sure. I'll have to slug it and find out for you. I always shot .224" in it and never noticed any issues. I'll try to get that info and post it up tomorrow.

Best I can tell it looks like it's a .223" bore.

Yes Sir shootings cast a.224 or even a .225 wouldn't be any trouble but with jacket bullets it could cause a major pressure problem if ones load is close to maximum to start with ;)

I did shoot some cast in it but mostly jacketed. My load of choice was a 55 Gr Hornady spire point. It shot MOA at 100 when scoped and never had any problems with pressure. But then my load only developed about 1800 fps.
