Just remember that the membership packets were mailed by Bulk mail which could take a couple of weeks to get to the coasts. If you want to see the web copy, it is now posted on the site.

The match schedule is already out of date. I got some changes to the schedule after the newsletter was sent out for printing. I will get the online copy updated and posted on the website.

Well, I received my copy of "IHMSA News" today (3-30), but no score card ! I renewed my dues on Feb. 5th, via PayPal. I just emailed headquarters - hopefully they can get to the bottom of this !

Contact Ray, have him check his list. We had three lists, paid, unpaid, life. Next year Life members cards will be stamped "Life" and will be replaced on request when full.Theirs a lot of space on these new cards, I shoot a lot of matches and could probably get two years out of a card till full.

Just renewed membership via PayPal. Do I understand that all membership renewals are due in January now?
Thanks

Yes.
membership cards will be sent with the annual newsletter in March.

what I heard, Life members will be different this year. they should receive a card marked life and will use that card till it is filled up and then request a new card.

When should I expect to see my 2018 membership / score card? I have already shot 1 match and will have another in 2 weeks. I imagine that many other members have already shot matches this year and do not have their cards either.

It will be the same as the last two years. We put together an annual issue of the newsletter that gets mailed to every member, even if you are not paying extra for printed copies of the newsletter. We get all the match dates in and print them in the annual issue. That way all the members have a hard copy to look at for match dates. We try and have it in the mail by mid March. It looks like the editor of the newsletter is a little behind in getting it to the printer this year so it may be slightly later getting to the members. You can use your 2017 card until you receive your 2018 card along with annual newsletter. We send both together to save the organization money by taking advantage of mailing them via bulk mail. The reason we went with an annual renewal was so we could send the bulk of the renewals out at one time and save a lot of postage.
