I like wipe out to clean jacket fouling out of copper fouled bores. Does an excellent job IMHO. I have found it does not like a petroleum based residue left in the bore. So I use brake cleaner or alcohol to remove any residue. Be aware that there may be several layers of carbon and jacket material in the bore.

this kroil that seems to be popular is a lubricator and penetration it seems to be. I've not heard of it before, so i'll have to do more reading about it. thanks
