Would this be considered a wildcat.
I have a XP Bond custom that was chambered for the 30 DC.
Had the barrel set back 2 hundred thou. the case is now 1.350.
16.5 G N110 AND 168 Sierra shoots 1 hole at 100 Meters.
I just like to play around with something new.

Re: 30 DC Short
I've been shooting a Bond XP in .30DC since 1986, and it is superbly accurate. 20 grains of SR-4759 and any 150 grain bullet has been THE load all that time. The gun has over 17,000 rounds through it, and is still accurate enough to be my dedicated Half-Scale gun.

That's a blast from the past. If it's Mike Dayton. I shot with him at the 2009 Region II in Ms. I hadn't seen him in years. Sorry not trying to hijack the thread.tonedaddy wrote:Doesn't DC stand for "Dayton Cartridge"?
