Does anybody have any experience with using IMR 4320 and cast bullets in the 35 Remington?

Never tried 4320 but I have had good results with 36gr of 4895 and a 200gr RCBS cast bullet in my Marlin.
You might try to find a Guns and Ammo article from 2005 (sorry I don't know the month) there is a good article on the 35 Rem by Chub Eastman. May be some cast data in it, I don't remember for sure.
There could also be some great 35 rem info on Castboolits and MarlinOwners websites.
If you email me the bullet you are thinking of I can check on a range of charge weights of 4320 for you.

Good luck.
Joe

I could only find one load for that combo.

The RCBS Cast bullet manual lists the following:

Rcbs 200 GR FN cast bullet. Shows charge of 35-37 Grs of IMR4320.
