Not too sure, but I believe 7 BR data should work in the 25

I had good luck with RL-15 in my 25BR. Use 6BR data and bump it a grain or two to start.

What powder(s) do you have ? IMR 4895, Varget, probably RL15 should do well. In a 6br, 105gr Hornady bullet, 27.5gr Varget does well. A .25 shouldn't vary much. Check a few sources online. rp

I am the above guilty party mentioned by the OP.
The loads I have are using A 2015 22.5 to 24 grains behind a 120 grain bullet.
I was told the 14" barrel is a 1 in 10 twist.
Several people on the benchrest forum have said the 2015 is too fast .
Thank you for any and all help .. K

Thanks, y'all. I figured numbers between the 6 and 6,5 BR ought to work with some dialing in, I have no experience with any of the BR rounds.

My friend got a mess of ammo loaded with AA2015, which is on the fast side. Thinking he has a good bit of Varget, which should do, if the muzzle blast isn't too bad. All this Big Bore (pistol) stuff is new to us.
