Steve I am a horrible shooter. I have enough trouble from a freestyle position. I have tried standing and it's just a waste of ammo. If it wasn't so much fun shooting silhouette, I might as well take up knitting or something.

David, I didn't have much luck with my Charger in the flop either. Our animals are a little up hill from our shooting positions and I had to really arch my fingers under the forend to raise the gun high enouh. I think I need to modify my forend so I can just use my off hand as a fist and not wobble so much. Seems like years ago there was a rule that the bottom of the forend could not extend down but just so far but I can't seem to find that rule. I have an ATI tactical rifle stock that I cut off to make a pistol grip and I think I will just add some type of extension to the bottom of the forend and try that. I also find it difficult to stretch out on my stomach with my head back so need to work on my body position for the flop too. It must work since many are using it and getting good results. Just have to keep trying.

I'm in my mid-60's and shoot both of these Chargers Flop in Unlimited and 1/5 scale, I do not hit many i 1/5 scale but it's fun.


This pistol uses an MOA receiver and I've been very happy with it.

The other way to mount open sights is by using a barrel band ala F-Class
