SmallBore and Fifth Scale Records program as of april 2019

I have only received 1 entry in smallbore and no entries for Fifth Scale for 2019. But since I just took over Fifth Scale, it will take a while to get everybody to send to new address.

Doug Edney of PA shot a nice Standing Aggregate of 69 (S:31, US:38) at Tusco.
