July 2020 issue is up

Post by aggshooter »

The July 2020 issue is up on the IHMSA main page. Match reports are not included due to too so many results being sent in that must be rewritten into an acceptable format. Scores will be posted on the IHMSA Forum as previously announced.

Thanks for posting this Rich.

Another issue will be published within a few days. This will include a lot of information from the 2020 World Championships.

Rich, I use the templates posted on the website. What format do you need?
I am ready to send in another report for our August match and would like to deliver the format needed for the paper.
Way too many match reports have been left out at this time so we need to know how to correctly submit future reports.
Does that mean past match reports will not get published?
Thanks for the update.

The past match reports that haven’t been published in one of the newsletters yet will be posted online.

The benefit of transitioning to the new method of posting the match reports online is that the format does not matter. Whatever format the match director provides will be published ‘as is’ online. This will be much easier, and more timely, than the historical method of retyping every match entry to bring everything into the same format.
