To all,

there will be no august 2015 issue of the IHMSA News. Expect though an earlier september issue. and It will Be HUGE!

I need to do this to get back on track with the news. Too many reports came in late and too much stuff to get entered. This will be a one time event.

Nope, This one was me. I just got too far behind and figured out I would be better off not releasing the august issue and getting the news back on track with the september issue. and No, if I do not get it done, I do not get paid. I already did not take the pay for the July issue.

I just got behind that is all. there is no way I am going to have the august issue done by tonight.

I'm OK with the missed issue. Stuff happens. I'm pretty easy to get along with.

Financial report-- We're broke, and have been for years. Not sure how many IHMSA members that Indiana has, 10, maybe 12? Me and Ed are the only ones to attend Internationals since 2006, and I haven't seen him in a year. Our August match had ONE(1) IHMSA shooter, same as our July match, May match had 2 shooters. I get up early, take targets out to the range and set it up, coach any kids that show up, sometimes get to shoot, sometimes don't, then put targets away and drag my ass home.

Problem is, any chat on here is just preaching to the choir.....the people that don't show up for a match, or haven't paid dues in years, aren't reading this forum.

Dan, Thanks for the heads up. Other months are combined so a big Aug-Sep issue would be great. The financials would be a plus but I know you have no control over that info. If you see my name in the paper please make sure it is spelled right, MR. IHMSA. Oh, that was Elgin!!!!
