2019 packet was not all there?

I have signed up for IHMSA again after quite a few years.

I just got my 2019 packet with the envelope all torn up.
It appears that I should have gotten a 2019 score card, decal, templates, rulebook, etc.
The monthly periodical was there, but nothing else.

What am I missing?

Greg, please send another request to either Ray Utter or Tina Cullison and ask for a new packet for yours was torn open in the mail and everything may not have been there. Thanks.
