Re: Membership renewals

My wife paid mine with Paypal. Haven't received my card yet. I've had several of my local shooters ask where theirs was also. Some helpful info and guidance appreciated.

Is online easier on the volunteers than mailing? I think it took a while to get mine last year.

Ray thought he would have them back from printing the end of the week 4-20-18, then they should hit the mail. Thanks for your patience.

Greg, all newsletters and membership cards are mailed out by bulk mail. It saves us bucks of money. It doesn’t matter when you’re membership gets paid as everyone gets theirs mailed at same time to take advantage of bulk mail. It also saves us money on printing cost as were able to do it with one run.
That’s why it’s so important that we all get our dues in on time.
Not sure why we’re so late this year, but striving to get it out earlier next year.
Fortunately Mother Nature has kept most of the county at bay with all the cold and snow .
Make it positive time and get some more loading done !

I've been in contact with Ray and had my problems resolved. My main problem was at every match or contact I had with a local shooter. The question was; where is my card? I explained to them the problem of the yearly newsletter. That not withstanding no one will agree with me but here is my suggestions. If you want a copy of the newsletter pay your dues by a certain date. If you want your schedule printed in the newsletter turn it in by a certain date. Whomever is in charge of those things need to set the dates now and let the Regional, State & Local match directors know that now so they can plan for 2019. I in fact make the schedule for Anderson County Ky the week after our last match in September and get it approved by our club at its October meeting.

The annual newsletter and 2018 membership cards have been mailed out to life members and everyone that renewed before the mailing.
Everything was mailed about April 17, I'm been informed that we will try and make the January/February newsletter the annual issue again. Then everyone will get their membership cards earlier. Have to wait and see!

Finical reports are put in the newsletter twice a year.
