To All:

If you renew your membership via the website (through Paypal) you should get a receipt for payment from Paypal via email and there will be a transaction number associated with it. Please keep that receipt till you have received your membership packet! this receipt is your proof that you paid.

Ray has probably performed almost 300 renewals in the last month, and somebody may get missed, If you paid and have not gotten your new membership card, Please let us know!

If you did not get a receipt, you either have the wrong email address on your paypal account, your email program placed it in the junk folder or the transaction did not go through.

if you paid using the membership form, your cashed check is your proof of payment.

Your membership packet I know is in the mail and you should recieve it in the next couple of days.

i forgot to say,

All membership packets were mailed on monday and tuesday of last week.

anybody that has renewed, has expired since 1/1/2016 or needs renewal will get something in the mail. it will either be the full membership packet or a copy of the IHMSA news with a note attached to it to renew.

there are some mistakes we are fixing concerning Life members. hopefully we get this fixed so all life members will get a new membership card

People have been having problems finding the Paypal renewal link, So I changed the name.

on the front page, it is now called "membership via paypal"

did you renew after March 3rd? if you did, Ray only sends out the membership card and rulebook. the news is coming from the mass mailing only which not everybody has received yet.
