My 2016 membership check was cashed 01/15/2016. Have not received the 2016 scoring card.

The membership packets were put together last Saturday at our air pistol match. They were mailed today. If you renewed your membership after July 1, 2015 you will get a packet with a newsletter, 2016 rule book, and a new 2016 scorecard. If your membership has recently expired or it will expire before June 30 you will receive just a newsletter, when you send in your renewal dues you will be sent a rule book and membership card for 2016.
The packets should start arriving later this week and next week.

I checked your membership and you will be receiving a new membership card, a 2016 rulebook and a copy of the Jan/Feb issue of the IHMSA news probably in the next couple of days.

I paid for my feb. renewal date by Paypal on 1/19/16. All I received was a IHMSA News. Shouldn't I have received my new scorecard?
