A lot of good scores today. Seems like a lot of shoot/offs were needed to end the ties in both Big Bore and .22s. Rich Noon had a heartbreaker with two Turkeys than refused to go down when hit….sucks! And Welcome to Frank Taucher who drove down from DeWitt to shoot with us today. And thanks to all the other shooters that came out and shot with us today.
Jay’s dinner came off without a hitch…a lot of good food(warm and tasty!) was available….hope everyone got their fill. Our hats off to Jay and the ladies that cooked and brought food for everyone. Jay’s idea was to have a dinner for past and present silhouette shooters and a way to end the season with a flourish. I would say he accomplished this in style. We did have some past shooters able to make it today…was great to see them again!
This marks the end of the silhouette season for us this year. We’ll be starting up in April of 2020 again. Hope everyone will be able to make these matches.
