We had a great day for shooting silhouettes…70’s and later creeping into the lower 80’s for temps. Welcome to a number of new shooters that were able to come and shoot with us! Hope you’ll continue shooting the silhouette matches.
A lot of good scores today…..hopefully everyone is picking up some higher scores as the season progresses along. Jay was a big help with a number of shooters with his coaching and loaning out his equipment and ammo. Jay gives up a lot of his time for helping others out and doesn’t always get to shoot very much himself.

Thanks to everyone who helped set up and tear down. We will have to do “something” about the .22 targets and the white paint. With the light colored berms they are washing out in bright sunlight. We might have to go back to black targets. The Big Bore targets are looking good with the white paint…but the .22s will have to have something different done.

Thanks to everyone who was able to make it out and shoot. Hope to see you all next month, on the 2nd Sunday of September.
