I tried the JOIN button on the website and it brings up an error page. Can someone tell me if or when this will be fixed?

I need to renew my membership and would like to become a Life Member.

There is a hold up with the bank allowing transfers from the website. The problem is in Corps hands.

How long has it been a "hold up"?

I setup a website so another organization that I belong to could accept PayPal payments in about 15 minutes and it works flawlessly.

I suggested using the Paypal plugin as well but they didn't want to go that route.

Is there something I'm not getting here? How hard is it to once a year, put a check in the mail and attach a stamp. I know that might seem a little "old-fashioned", but really??? It isn't like people are having to make monthly payments or anything like that.

Or just give Lorene a call. She is happy to take care of it over the phone. Some people just feel the need to be a tad Melodramatic.

I like to do online, immediate transactions with my credit and/or debit card, as do many people because they have requested this option. I'm researching what is keeping this option from working and hope to have it resolved very soon.

I did indeed call IHMSA Headquarters and Lorene handled my membership request in a professional and timely manner.

Off topic a little but I'd like to re-join IHMSA (it's been a looong time!) And would like to have my old member number back. Any possibility of that happening?
