New cartridge request for Field Pistol

I would like to request 22 TCM be added as an acceptable cartridge for Field Pistol.

1. The 22 TCM is the ballistic equivalent of the 22 Hornet.
2. No one will gain a competitive advantage by using 22 TCM.
3. Brass for 22 Hornet is not commercially available. I cannot find any 22 Hornet brass at any retail outlet. It is very difficult for a person to begin shooting Field Pistol with the most popular and optimum cartridge.
4. A new shooter is at a competitive disadvantage as the option of 22 Hornet is not available to them due to unavailibility of brass. (See #6)
5. Commercially available 22 TCM cartridges will not damage Field Pistol targets.
6. Brass for 22 Hornet is not commercially available at any retail outlet.
7. A limited amount of 22 Hornet brass is available from gougers at prices starting at $1 per case if you can find them. It is difficult and very expensive for a person to begin shooting Field Pistol with the most popular and optimum cartridge.
8. The unavailibilty of brass will also affect the continued use of 22 Hornet by those who are presently using it when the need arises to replenish their brass stocks.
9. 22 TCM brass is readily available as new brass available from retail outlets.
10. Once fired 22 TCM brass is readily available through retail outlets.
11. 22 TCM brass can be made from 223 and 5.56 brass which are both abundantly available and inexpensive.
12. 22 TCM is commercially manufactured and available from many retail outlets.
13. 22 TCM is legitimately a pistol cartridge.
