What designates a manufacturer?
I was reading the rules and came up with a question. In section VI Handguns, A-Production, Subsection 9 - what is the definition of a "manufacturer"?

Aftermarket sights have to be approved by Dell Taylor. It also has to be a catalog item, or an Internet web site . To get approval of a new sight you have to build a minimum of 50+ Items I belive. Dell would have the official numbers. On the approval of a new firearm it has to be in the 100's of units.
