Ray, our new Sect/Tres will be taking care of the membership dues if you are sending them in. The new address is on the membership form. If you are renewing via PayPal that has not changed. Please refer to the new membership plan to see if you need to renew your membership during January and early February. we would like to cover as many members renewals with our bulk mailing in early March. The bulk mailing will include your newly designed membership card, the 2016 rule book, and a printed copy of the IHMSA News. Spread the word to members who may not know of the new membership plan.

I sent in 4 membership renewals to Cindy 2 weeks or more ago. Will they be processed in a timely fashion? I have asked for match supplies & for some reason HQ has gone dark. What is happening in Wyoming?

No problem, all membership renewals will be forwarded to Ray, who has volunteered to reassume the membership responsibilities. Just spreading the work load out a little.
Remember the membership packets will be mailed in early March. the packets will include a new larger tri-fold membership card that now includes Air, Big Bore, Practical Hunter, Small Bore, Field Pistol and Ultra 500 on one card. You will also receive the updated 2016 rule book along with the printed copy of the IHMSA News.
It is important we receive the renewals by mid February to be included in the mass mailing that saves IHMSA money on postage. Pass the word to your shooting buddies so we can do as many as possible in one shot (pun intended)

I guess a member can still use their old card until the mass mailing in March even if their old card expired prior to March. Not much else we can do for the early matches.

Yes, that's the plan and when the new cards arrive, transfer any 2016 scores to the new card.
