Since I am just getting ready to place Nomination forms in the News for state and Region Directors, The bylaws cover the procedure for elections and nominations.

Also, I will be reprinting the Bylaws in the next issue of the IHMSA News.

hopefully with the new leadership the organization will be more TRANSPARENT. Enough issues have been raised such finances and the bylaws to et the ball rolling. Do this and the complaints will dwindle!!!!

We are a smaller group in IHMSA, can't afford to be fighting amongst ourself.Youve been a member for a long time, pretty sure you understand that our unpaid President can't appoint anyone. We all have a ton of time and money invested in this sport,I for one would like to keep it going for another 39 years.If we keep poking a stick at all of those keeping this running,we won't have any place to shoot.Please stop,channel your thoughts into positive posts that will build this origination that we've all enjoyed for so many years !

Not at all Craig, I think we should keep this board positive. Let's say a former shooters life has changed and they are looking to get back into silhouettes. What do you think the chances are after reading all the bickering and negative posts ?
Nobody cares what we did for the origination 20 years ago, it's only today and the future that matters.
If we all helped, paint, set up, tear down, make sure our match directors were also able to shoot at the matches they host,empty trash cans,whatever you think would be a positive contribution to the origination . This is a labor intensive sport,we need all hands on deck.My mom always said"treat others the same way you'd like them to treat you". I still live by those thoughts .
