Did the membership get to vote to change the bylaws or is that done by the Executive Committee? I too think the latest bylaws should be made available to the general membership. I know years ago when I was match director, there were "additional" rules just for MDs. Wish I had kept those but passed them onto the next MD. I never could figure out if they were just more detailed info for MDs concerning the basic rules or actually different rules. Some of them didn't quite line up with the printed rule book at that time.

Dan, Thanks for posting the latest bylaws. Looks like some things have not proceeded according to the bylaws. Still room for additional updates but these are from eight years ago so some things have changed since then.
