Had a good time on the 6th. No rain or cold so everyone shot lots. Old blind man Will showed us how to do it in Revolver. He posted a 40 with cast boolits. I got my first leg in the Taco Bell Club in SB UAS. Trust me I do not want the other two. I missed the last ram for a 39. Made my day crappy. Ricky F missed the first ram in BB UAS for a 39.
Don't forget our 100 round match May 26th. There is a flyer in word or pdf format on here somewhere.

Great revolver score. Any time a revolver 40 is shot I would like to get some details. Probably an FA, most likely 44 mag and a jacketed bullet load. Since 40s with a wheel gun are more challenging, it would be nice to have that info for the rest of us lesser wheelgun shooters.

What I know about gun and load. F.A. .44 mag. One of the two 4227s. I don't know which one or charge weight. In 44 special cases. I don't know primer for sure, but believe it is Federal 155. Bullet is a 240 grain LBT cast out of straight linotype. The bullet is so large on the nose it won't fit the chambers in magnum cases.260 Striker wrote:Great revolver score. Re: ACSC 5-6-2018
Greg, Thanks for the info. Shooting a 40 with cast bullets is much harder so that really was a great revolver score.
