I guess a few of you are packing/getting ready to hit the road Jack. Some with multi day drives, some to get there early to prepare the place for my long anticipated arrive :ymhug: . There's banners to be hung and parades to be organized, rehearsal for presenting me with the key to the city. :ymapplause: :ymapplause:
I just can't imaging what it would be like if Tonedaddy was coming instead of me :ymdevil: :ymdevil: =)) =))

We leave in about 48 hours. Time to mow the grass, stock up on critter food and start building piles of all the stuff that needs to go. Make the lists and check them twice. With an 1800 mile (one way) trip there is no going home for something forgotten.
Travel safe everyone
We will see you soon.

I also leave in about 48 hours but only have a 1600 mile drive.

Things to do:

1. Finish reloading (I know!)
2. Pack for trip
3. get maintenance done on truck
4. Reserve Outhouse for Richard... OOPS, I meant throne :D :D

I'm planning on heading out Tuesday morning. I'm finishing reloading today and cleaning barrels, maybe start loading the camper this evening--although since it is our anniversary, I'm hoping I'll have better options than loading the camper this evening!

Tomorrow is to get all those last minute honey-do's done. My wife and daughter will drive separately because our daughter has the county archery meet on Saturday, so it will just be me and the dog for the first few days!

I wish everybody safe travels!

Today is packing day. Time to count out the 15 guns and associated ammo. Clean all 5 pair of glasses so I will be able to choose which prescription is best for each day. Pack clothes and music for the 30 hour drive. Set up the watering timers.
Poor Tina gets to weed the garden, clean the house, put in 2nd planting, get the animals ready for the pet sitter, find a working printer in town, grocery shop, post office stop. And the big one, pack all of our stuff into the Jeep.

Then tomorrow morning, off we go to OKC.
Be well, travel safe and don't forget anything important.
