Sorry, I should have asked a more pointed question...

What does that mean in that for how long, is it each day, etc. Who dictates this--is it done by the Region Directors ahead of time, things like that. Insight on this would be good since I have my registration form almost ready to go and I'm planning on shooting 16-18 guns. I am more than willing to chip in and do my part, but it would help to know exact expectations in advance for people like me that plan on shooting 3 guns per day, or for other people that are just able to shoot for 2-3 days.

And also, are they going to do the work vouchers like they did in the past? That seemed to work pretty, then 2 years ago they didn't have it at OKC which still worked out well because of the great organization Jim Fields had put into that match. Then last year at Ft. stockton, if my understanding is correct, they meant to reinstate that but somehow that got overlooked, and thus at times the match was somewhat a disorganized mess.

Also, I think days were designated by a single region with one doing each day, whereas now it appears in groups of 3. So these are just a few reasons I posed the question--if we know the parameters in advance, people will accommodate for that and it will significantly help the event and the shooters involved. I just don't want to see a repeat of last year's disorganization.

Just because we don't have assigned days/tasks doesn't mean that we all can't help with the match.Show up a few days early and help with getting the range ready, lots of mowing, weed whipping, trash cans, ect.I don't need to go on we have all been match directors and know what it takes.Ask those "working" if you can take their spot so they too can get a gun or two in.Please remember no one is paid, most have taken vacation time to be their, let's make this the best internationals ever this year!
Let's ask Jim daily what can I /we do to help you today ?
