ECC Saturday Night Dinner numbers

Post by Rodent »

For those that are attending the 2016 ECC.

If you are planning on attending the Saturday night dinner, please respond here. Please let me know if you are bringing a guest. I need this info to get going on the plans. Right now it looks like chicken and sides or ribeye steak with sides.

Please let me know how many people will be in your party and which you prefer - steak or chicken. I am not sure as to price as of yet, That is why I need this information.

OK.

Not many replies from folks - so - here it is:

Dinner Saturday night will be 24.95 each.

I am planning on 55 people (shooters and guests), so, there will be plenty for any extras that show.

Includes:
Steak and chicken. Not or - both
Macaroni and cheese
green beans
parsley potatoes
tossed salad
dessert
iced tea (sweet and unsweet)

They will show up around 4 and start cooking. Dinner will be at 6:30.
As with registration, Just pay when you get to the match.
