Are the Redding comp 223 dies the bushing or button type dies?

I haven't kept up on the changes in Redding dies. Can you tell me what to look for?

I'm assuming bushing is the replaceable various size collar/disc insert for various neck diameters. What is a button type?

or tell me what you need pics of.

Some call them button some bushing, one in the same. Removable bushing for neck sizing and the have a full length bushing die.
Type "S" or series.
Take the decapping pin out and a bushing should come out as well.

Please send details about:

"comparator" (?) on bottom left.
Texan 9mm carb dies $33.00 - does set have separate taper crimp die?

Thanks,

The comparator is the chrome "hex nut" near the middle.

Bottom left is the RCBS case master which is SPF

I think the Texan dies sold - I have to check

OK. The Redding .223 dies are an old style neck sizer with carbide button expander and a micrometer bullet seater with the plunger body (I don't know the real name) and a shellholder.

Texans 9mm dies are gone
