NICE! I wished Bob Milek and Steve Herrett would have come up with a 7 Herrett and think the 7US would be about the same thing.

Eben's intent with the 7US was to mimic the 7BR in a rimmed case. It is very close to a 7BR.
This BF was made in the 90's, when Eben used quality barrels.
I will have to say that I had him re-barrel a BF in 30-20 for me last year, and I was skeptical about "his" barrels. But, I was very pleasantly surprised when I received it. It is slick as a button, and cleans up with just a few patches. Also just as accurate as my older BF in the same caliber.I hope all his barrels are this good. Only drawback is the wait for a new gun or barrel. I waited over a year for the re-barrel. He does everything in batches, which is a very slow way to do them. Depends on where he is on batching whether you will have a long wait. Everything was finished on mine but waited a month to get the extractor cut made.
