MOA broken firing pin?

Post by aggshooter »

Pretty sure the firing pin on my MOA (centerfire) is broke. After shooting a few rounds, I had trouble closing it on a new round and the pin was protruding. I'm able to push the firing pin back into the hole, it actually falls back in if I tilt the gun up a little. Possible it's the spring?

Help me out a bit before I start taking this thing apart. Any advice is very much appreciated.

The problem is that MOA no longer exists. no place to send it to.

Bruce Barrett might have parts for them though.

I will look at my MOA and see if I can figure out if it is a spring or firing pin.

Nope. Gary did not buy the parts that I was told. Does not matter as Gary Wrigley seems to have disappeared and no one can get hold of him.

Just for info, Per Rich Mertz, There is 3 versions of the MOA and most parts are not interchangeable.

I am not Gary Wrigley responding to this post. I did work for Rich when he was in Ohio. Some parts are interchangeable
