Region 8 shoot done--240 entries, 8 states + Canada

240 entries crossed the line in Pringle, SD for the Region 8 shoot July 3-6th, making that the highest entry total for a 2014 match so far, just ahead of the great showings of 215 at the WCC and 223 at the ECC--great job to all of the match directors to make all of these things happen.
8 states and Canada were represented--South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Colorado, California, Wyoming, Minnesota, and Missouri, as well as Saskatchewan. Traveling distance awards go out to Jerry Ray from Los Angeles, CA; Graham and Shirley Bakken from Regina, Saskatchewan; Don Klein from Neosho, MO; and Steve Martens and John Richards from Minnesota. This served as a great tune-up for OKC in a couple of weeks, as a lot of great scores and shoot-offs occurred. And as always, the food and company were phenomenal! A huge thanks to Richard Pattison for once again putting on the greatest show in Pringle, SD!
