A little late to ask this question but were any rule changes discussed and/or adopted at the last annual meeting? I don't remember reading any minutes from the meeting so don't recall any new rules being proposed. I submitted a change to allow more cartridges to FP and never heard any more after I sent them in for consideration. Just curious if anything got discussed. Were there minutes posted from the annual meeting and what issue of the IHMSA News would I look for them? I'm guessing that no changes were approved or there should be some notice in the paper about the new changes for next year.

i have not yet received the minutes for this year. last one was for the 2014 meeting.
