The maximum overall length of the gun can not exceed 21" and scopes are limited to 6X.

I looked at the rules for PH & there is no weight limit.

Where do we find the PH rules? I'm curious if I can shoot open sights "Production" in the .22 and Pistol Cartridge matches with and appropriate cartridges in TC or BF 10" guns. I'm thinking of .22LR, .22 Hornet, 25-20, and 32-20 as 100m freestyle guns.
Anyone else? Feel free to answer.
Thanks!

You would be perfectly legal with those guns in Practical hunter. In fact, on TC's, most 14" barrels will meet length restriction (only specifies a max gun length of 21") and yes, you are allowed open sights!
The practical hunter rules are section XII of the rulebook and are near the back of the rulebook. The rulebook can be found here: https://www.ihmsa.org/rules.html
