CMP - Rules Changes

CMP has the same issues we have with declining participation but they have made some proposals for rule changes.

I'm not trying to discount your post because I do think that perhaps some positive changes could be made to our rules structure. I would only ask what others think those rule changes should be and how would those specific changes help grow IHMSA.
