Blast Shields
What materials are legal for blast shields, and who makes them? Is there a way to make my own?

Re: Blast Shields
I think knifehandler here made some. You can make your own if you want. Many are made from thick leather, or rubber, some have a Kevlar outer layer. I've seen old mudflaps cut up and used before.

Re: Blast Shields
What is considered thick leather? I see it advertised as 4-5 oz, 9-10 oz, etc. I wouldn't know what to buy.IHMSA80x80 wrote:I think knifehandler here made some. You can make your own if you want.
