sighters question

Post by KickBass »

When shooting your five sighters for a standing event, is there anything saying that those sighters must be taken from a standing position or could you shoot them from a freestyle position--for instance, shooting one at the turkey or ram from a flop position just to check your sight setting?

Nothing against it but your sight settings may very well be different when standing.

Due to recent cutbacks the light at the end of the tunnel has been turned off.

Thanks Steve. With my .22 UAS gun, I find my sight settings to essentially be the same. I don't see the same results with my BB. I'm guessing the looser grip I use with the .22 is more consistent between the standing and freestyle events than with BB???

In Big Bore, the recoil in Standing & Creedmoor is totally different and will change point of impact big time!
