Front Sight Location
I'm setting up to drill and tap to mount a hooded front sight (EABCO) on a 15" 6.5 x 47 Encore barrel with an integral brake. I'm not sure how close I should get to the first port on the top of the brake. I suspect if I stay within the shadow of a 45 degree plane it would be safe but would like to mount as close as possible.
