So I took the plunge and a super 14 .357 max is en-route to me.
Need some suggestions on sights. I've looked at the Bomar online. Any idea what size notch would be best?

Standard notch is about .080. If you get an adjustable front sight you can "fatten" up the front blade to suit the rear notch until you get the right amount of light to suit you.

I would suggest Scope Rib III. I really like the set I have.

Like 260 said, 080 is the most common rear notch. The front sight post with the scope rib III is adjustable for width.
