as many of you know my local club shut down the silhouette program as of this year due to lack of participation. my ihmsa shooting will be limited due to work schedule and travel. I don't think I can fairly represent region 2 due to those circumstances. if anybody in region 2 would like to take over until my term runs out let me know. thanks allen44mag@aol.com
