Hello,
A friend is having no luck trying to contact Ken Light and Dell Taylor by e-mail.
Can someone please confirm correct / current contacts for them? Peter.

Re: .223 Rem 14'' loads--55gr bullet
Hi Richard, I too are just starting to look at the .223 55gr boolit in cast. Currently shooting 55gr bulk jacketed in WW brass, Fed SR primers with 24grains of Benchmark 2 powder. does crater the targets a little but no more than the 6mmBR or 6.5BR guns alongside me. I have three loads of 10.5 /11.5...

Re: 357 Max CB loads?
Thanks guys for the good info. Follows along with what I read in Shooting Steel. I like AA1680 (and W680) but heard the ball powders were part of the issue with cutting the Ruger top straps and that 4227 was much kinder on the Rugers. I'm definitely playing with the heavier bullets. The lino bullet...

Re: 357 Max CB loads?
Hi 260 Striker, My Dan Wesson used to like the following loads. I cannot recall how accurate these were other than they are the loads I settled on after trying a number of powders and loads. Please check & double check these against published data before using. I do recall they werer kinder also...

Re: Happy Birthday
HAPPY BIRTHDAY !! I am right behind you - I will be 59 in February :( My partner reminded me yesterday that I will be 60 next year. I said "can't be" I'm only 57. Well it turns out I'm 58 but 60 in December next year. where did the last thirty years go?? I feel great apart from being diag...

Is this legal
Hello,
I have a 15" barrel i want to shorten to 10".
Bob Baker has advised I can take this to the New Zealand F.A. gunsmith to have this done otherwise I am up for about $600 round trip to send it to the US and back.
Will this still be legal for Production if I do this?
Peter

32 H&R Mag
Hi,
Can someone with access to a ballistics programme tell me if the following load would be OK for FP. Will it have enough momentum for the rams?
Lee #311-93gr boolit with 3.2gr W.W. 231 for 931 fps according to the 4th Edition Lyman Cast Bullet book.
Thank you, Peter.

Re: Big Bore Hunting Round?
Yeah I knew the hornet wouldn't work for something like that. I guess I'll just bug the old man and see which one he would pick. Any info on the 7mm super mag? Hi RTman, I shoot the BF in 7mm Supermag in IHMSA matches. It is a 40 gun / caliber. My load is 24 - 25 grains of ADI 2206 (BLC2) with eith...

Re: Load for 7mmUS
Thanks JSH. I have all but flagged this caliber / gun combination away as I think the exessively long throat in the BF pistol doesnt bode well for accuracy. I cannot get either boolit to touch the lands or even get close. A 154gr jacketed bullet only just seated in the neck by 1/16" touches. Us...
