That would require a firearms manufacturing license for me and I can't see that happening. Replacement barrels might could be arranged but I'd have to job that out to someone who is licensed and equipped. Probably won't ever happen. Too long of a story to tell, but when Competition Arms of Tucson stopped operations, all of the tooling and spare parts went through a couple different hands until a few years ago when I ended up with all the parts. I still have them. I haven't done anything with them yet.

I cast and powdercoat my own bullets, but only use the powdercoat for limited applications. None of my current silhouette loads are coated as I haven't seen the need. I get zero leading with traditional lube in 357 Mag, 7TCU, and 7BR. I use powdercoat in my hunting loads up to 2200fps.

Interesting thoughts Willk.....can't agree though....Take away scopes....my matches would have folded up 20 years ago(been holding IHMSA matches for 44 years). The older guys want the scopes...we can't see iron sights anymore. I don't believe that any of the reasons that you stated really addresses...
