Why in the Rules under Production-Section 7 is the TC singled out for variations but these variations are not applicable to other single-shot switch-barrel guns? Simply short-sightedness or pro-TC by the original Rules Committee?

Factory stock XP 221 using 55g soft points work fine. I have few scores above 35, so I need more practice.
Mostly works fine on BB targets although it might ring rams if set "full-foot".

I recently tested "Hornet" loads (1700-1900 fps scoured the internet) in my 221. Bullet: 55g Hornady JSP 700X: 5.7-6.0 g Unique: 5.6-6.0 g Most posted ~1" groups at 100 yards. Recoil was non existent. Hits were ~1.5" lower than full loads. Don't know how low you can go and still ...
