Best option I've found (used by bullseye shooters) is a piece of masking tape and small pliers -- set tape on fire and it will smoke up a storm.

Michael just confirmed that Knoxville shoots Field Pistol & Small Bore on the 3rd Saturday -- waiting to confirm start times. I've been there several times; it's a nice rope pull reset range and run well. If my memory serves me (it often fails now) this range is where Tennessee volunteers gather...

I just confirmed that VRPC Knoxville is still shooting on the 3rd Saturday -- Rim Fire & Field Pistol. I'll post start times when I get them. It's a nice range run by nice people and they need nice folks to show up and shoot. :D

A two piece locking lug will not only work fine it will work much better in your pistol. There are several different sizes of locking lug rollers and too large is a problem but that's not a really common problem. Have fun :-bd

What part of the country are you in? Here in Georgia several folks shoot 221 FB in half scale.

Most organizations today charge an additional fee for a printed newsletter, even newspapers have a higher rate for a printed paper - decouple the membership fee and the print newsletter.
