I have shot my TC/MGM barreled 14" 22 Hornet once in Half-Scale. I shot a 39x40 (missed the 1st ram !) I was using Hornady 55 gr. SP bullets with a light load of Accurate 9 powder. Lucky, perhaps - but our targets are in good condition and we have good, level stands. I would also suggest a fast ...

I remember that Mike Ormiston of Maryland had a Wichita that he had rebarreled. Maybe you could try to contact him and see who he used. This was many years ago !

I have owned both models - previously a Trophy and currently a Citation. The only difference is cosmetic - the Citations will have either a chrome plated or case-hardened trigger and magazine release, while those on the Trophy will be gold plated. The very first XP's that Elgin rechambered were 7 IHMSA. My brother Charlie had one, and when you fireformed the brass it left a slight ring near the neck. The 7 IHMSA X corrected this problem
