I need a recommendation for cantilever rings to move this scope back ~2 inches for eye-relief purposes.

Leupold FX-II 4x Handgun Scope. Very recent production (see serial number). Excellent shape, some minor ring marks. 1/2 MOA coin clicks for E and W.
