Suggest that you follow a good loading manual. I use Sierra bullets with starting loads of AA 2460. Both RCBS and Redding make good dies. Suggest you invest in good dies. I neck size only. Yes. Chargers are available in non-takedown. I just bought one and recommend the gun.
