Hey, I'm wondering if anyone knows a good IPSC forum. I'm considering doin that as well as IHMSA, and want to chat with people with experience with it first.

Re: questions...

As far as my location in GA I love in the cumming area. I don't know bout the Saturday math, as I am currently recovering from an appendectomy. However I will keep up with the schedule and be sure to drop in a march sometime soon.

Re: questions...

Actually my handle has nothing to do with location. I live in Georgia. Thank you for the offer though... I was however hoping to be in contact with someone going to the match in Georgia on Saturday. I was thinking about going just to watch, or even bring the .22...

Gun picking advice

So I love 9mm, and I'm looking at either a 9mm 1911 w/ 5in barrel, or (leanin toward this one) GLOCK G34. I leanin toward the Glock as it comes with adjustable sights, and I have a friend who can easily put bullets through the same hole with it. I'm considering asking him to shoot it to get a feel f...

Re: questions...

Thanks for the help, I think I've decided on FP, because I kinda want a Glock, so FP seems right. I'm also curious, how young do shooters in your area start? I almost feel too young for the larger caliber competitions at 14, but I fancy myself proficient with a handgun, and this sounded FUN, so...

questions...

Due to my MASSIVE lack of knowledge, i have a question, and probably many more to come. I want to shoot 9mm or .40 or .45acp, but dont know if FP targets are set at half the distance due to their being half the size. also would 45lc work for BB? anyway, if FP is at half distance i will most likely b...

Re: New, what is a good production big bore caliber?

Definitely standing, I'm located in Georgia (I believe reigon 2) and I love .22s but I prefer something with a kick. Part of te reason I want 9mm is I found one that comes with interchangeable barrel and spring for .22lr. It's a 1911. I'm only worried about the smaller target? For field pistol. I mu...

(9mm work for big bore?) going to be doing production big bore if the old man says I can competition shoot, I want to have all of my research done befo...
