Re: t/c shot barrel front sight screw

this particular barrel has an elevated rib similar to a shotgun. the rear sight is a flip up blade that can be adjusted for windage. the front sight blade is adjustable for elevation. If I can figure out how to post a picture, I will post one.

t/c shot barrel front sight screw

Hello all. I'm hoping that some one can help me. Back in the 80's when I started to shoot IHMSA I bought a Contender and a 357mag Hot Shot bbl. This was the only set-up my local shop had, and as impatient as I am, I bought it. I took the rib sight off and had a scope mount installed. Now I would lik...

Re: With Regrets

our club has almost 2200 people and there are only three of use that setup, teardown, and run the matches. Most of our shooters come from a fair distance to participate in the matches, and they help with target resetting. The club board has been considering suspending matches due to low turn out. Som...

Re: an Idea..

I like the idea of swinger target for small clubs with limited room for targets. One swinger target at each distance ,if space is limited or maybe 5 targets ,if space allows, for each distance. The idea would be to get clubs back to IHMSA and people back shooting silhouettes. There are some clubs in...

Re: IHMSA NEWS, OR LACK THEREOF!

No worries, Dan. We (most of us) appreciate all that you all are doing for us, to keep this organization going. Mike I second that statement. I appreciate everyone that has taken on any of the responsibility's, from the president of IHMSA to the match directors and target setters. Without these peo...

Re: New, what is a good production big bore caliber?

I'm all for getting new shooters into this great sport and very good advise was given, but I don't want to throw a wrench into this post, but the op did state that he was 14 and I don't know how legal it would be for him to show up at a match with a handgun or even shoot someone else's gun without a l...

Re: Another Practical Hunter Question

I also feel that the PH class should be just that. Shoot what you would use to hunt with. If one wants to limit the gun to certain rules, then shoot Field pistol. I have never really though of this game as a "try to beat the other guy". To me, it's been , "try to beat my last score&qu...

357 max

Well I decided to take the plunge and sent my 12" T/C 357 mag bbl to Mike Bellm and had it re chambered to 357 max and had a 6 screw Weaver mount installed. Got it back Friday and have a new Bushnell 3200 Elite on it. I loaded 50rds of new Remington 357 max brass with 18gr of IMR4227 and a NOE ...

Re: Welcome Mike Bellm as IHMSA News Contributor!

I'm glad to have him aboard. I have been on his web site many times and at this present time I have a T/C 12" 357 mag barrel at his shop waiting for it to be re=chambered to 357 max. From all his articles on his site, he definatly seem to know what he is doing. Welcome Mike.

Re: IHMSA News is on the website

Thank you Joe. Will each month's news be kept on the site so that they can be looked back upon, or will the last issue be eliminated when the next issue comes out?. I hope I didn't confuse anyone with what I mean. It' always nice to look at back issues for reference's on something. Also as mentioned...
